Larger websites and extra functionality are quoted separately. Domain, business email and other third-party fees are explained in your quote. GST is not currently charged.

What is included in the free demo?
We first confirm your needs, budget and timing. The free demo is a personalised homepage concept that shows the proposed direction for your business, with no obligation to proceed. The complete website, additional pages and further development form part of the agreed paid project.
What does a website cost?
Website builds start at $1,500. We agree the scope and price in writing before work begins. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% on completion and approval, before launch. Hosting and care are separate, starting at $79/month. See the starting scope and ongoing options.
How long does a project take?
A focused business website is normally planned over several weeks rather than rushed through in a few days. Before work begins, we will agree on the stages, what we need from you and a realistic launch window.
What will you need from me?
We will need a clear view of your services, customers and goals. Existing copy, photography and brand files are helpful, but they do not need to be perfect before the first conversation.
Who owns the finished website?
After the final invoice is paid, the project-specific website and supplied content are yours. Reusable tools, frameworks and licensed software remain separately owned, but you receive the rights needed to use the finished site. You will receive administrator access and will not be locked into a proprietary website platform.
Can you look after the site after launch?
You can manage routine content in WordPress yourself, ask us to handle ongoing updates, or use a mixture of both. We will explain the options before launch so there is no surprise maintenance arrangement.
